I ordered large fries and they gave me a medium and the fries were old and cold. Chicken sandwich is chewy. And I didn't get my 3 Pack Of Cookies.

i only got one ranch and i paid three dollars for extra. this happens every time im very upset. i would not order three dollars for ranch again. food are fresh and taste good. portions are as expected.
