The fries are very stale, like they were from yesterday, and the soda is very deluted. I got sprite and there's absolutely no flavor or gas. It's very gross. The quarter pounder bread also seems stale. Please do better !

Last few times I've ordered, I don't get the straws when I select "add straw," my fries are fluffed (less than medium size quantity in a large container), and this most recent order I didn't get any of the dips/sauces on top of my usual issues. Food isn't cold and disgusting so it's not a complete bummer. I'd understand some of these things once in a while but it's been pretty consistent.

Filet-O-Fish® Meal and 2 Cheeseburger Meals were good and hot.4 Piece McCrispy™ Strips were hot and crispy. However I asked for mayo on my McCrispy™ and it came without mayo.
