This location is great and my cheeseburger and fries were not cold and they gave me more than one sweet and sour.also the Mc nuggets were delicious and tasted fresh out of the oil I would order this again and recommend this for everyone.They also gave me extra cookies

I have honestly never ordered a Big Mac® and received a Filet-O-Fish patty sandwiched between two burnt beef patties. I’m still trying to figure out how that even happens.
The “free” nuggets could have been kept. They were cold, soggy, and greasy, just like the two large fries that looked as though someone scraped together whatever was left just to fill the containers.
I was also excited to try the NEW Caesar Chicken Sandwich, but there was nothing fresh about it. It was missing several of the ingredients it is advertised to come with and looked nothing like what was described.
And to top it all off, I ordered two HOT FUDGE sundaes and received sundaes with plain chocolate syrup instead. Hot fudge and chocolate syrup are not the same thing.
This wasn’t one small mistake—it was multiple items in the same order that were either made incorrectly, missing ingredients, cold, stale, or substituted without explanation. For the amount fast food costs now, expecting the food you actually ordered, prepared correctly and served fresh, really shouldn’t be asking too much.

Firstly they forgot the McChicken®. Then the Big Mac® was wrong. The first one was plain with nothing. Then the second one had extra onions when i requested no onions due to allergies. The French Fries tasted old and stale. The ONLY thing that came out right was the OREOFlurry® and the Caramel Sundae. Which is a surprise when most mcdonalds don't even have it available. 0/10.

items were missing. isn't the first time order had missing items from this location. workers need to slow down when bagging the order.this was mcdonalds mistake and not the dashers. and the ice coffee was very bitter tasting.
