So so sad.. Big Mac® s used to be the market leader, now they just aren't very good. I was excited but the bread on mine was stale & chewy and I couldn't even eat it. Terrible. But my Dasher was cool!!!

The South Kingshighway McDonalds is the worst location should be avoided! Their food is rarely hot, they have rancid oil, their fish sandwiches are either hard from over cooking and stale from sitting out too long or either under cooked! Most of the staff including managers are rude and have bad attitudes, and argue with the customers. I once was told I received a refill already and couldn't get another. I purchased 3 drinks & only received 1 of the 3 refills. When I brought the other two cups up, I was told I could get another refill. I asked for a manager and the manager said I already had a refill, what! I explained I purchased 3 drinks and I only received one refill, she still refused to give me my other two refills. Yet she continued to argue with me and was extremely rude. I've decided not to waste my money, time or energy and peace of mind; at this location even though I live in walking distance. I'd rather go miles out of the way to any other location! I suggest you do also.

The double Big Mac was way too salty over over seasoned the fries are half full in the fish sandwich was old and yucky

A salt packet burst in my bag and salt got all over the food. I don't know why. It wasn't super fresh neither. And the portion was fine. I wouldn't order from this specific location again because this seems to be a pattern of behavior with them.
