ordered a Big Mac and it had NO BEEF PATTIES on it, kind of a big issue! Not sure how you really mess up that badly. Had cheese on it, no lettuce as ordered but they forgot the burger, seriously?! Unbelievable and very unhappy. I could have made a grilled cheese myself at home a lot cheaper. Not the first problem Ive had recently from this store, including being closed after I ordered a door dash delivery that was confirmed by the store and never delivered because they were CLOSED! Horrible business and customer service!
