Fries were crispy, sandwich hot and fresh, smoothie was fantastic and the Caramel Hot Chocolate is soooooo good!

Hash brown is missing, biscuit is hard, egg isn't warm enough to melt the cheese and this isn't the first time. I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, but it's a shame - pay for food items and don't get them...

Sausage McMuffin® with Egg was good. Hash Browns were stale & we were missing one of them. Not sure if I'll order again cause I'd rather choose what store it comes from & this store is not the one I'd choose. Portions are standard this store just fails to fill orders properly 99.99% of the time.

Ordered today and they lied saying they made my order correctly when I specifically asked for no onions no pickles and no mustard and even my soda came incorrectly and they gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10

Everything I asked for on my recent Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel was missing. The only thing I asked to have removed was on there. Including this order my last two Bacon Egg Cheese Bagels had hard semi-burnt bagels.
