The chicken sandwich was extremely dry and tasted way overcooked. The fries were completely unsalted and honestly had no flavor at all. Definitely not worth the money, and I expected way better. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a large fry. The container wasn't even half full & they were cold, soaked with grease like they had been doubled dip in pit to warm .The container was also smashed flat. Yes, I took a picture! The Crispy sandwich was not crisp , it was soggy & also cold. This is the second time this has happened. The Cheeseburger was the only good thing in the bag! You need a place for us to show pictures!

Supposed to be a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal . Burger was cold, had No Bacon on it, 1 patty was undercooked - very pink inside and large fry was half filled with cold fries. None of it seemed freshly made. Very disappointing.

All the sand were smashed, fries were old and had no salt, all sauces were missing. I had extra small fries but none large as ordered. It didn't make a difference as they didnt taste good and had no sauce so they were all trash... they are usually good at other stores...sad to have wasted my money...
