Cold caramel coffee was awful. No taste. I have noticed that when this item is ordered in the evenings the caramel, chocolate coffee is GREAT. But, when ordered in the mornings or afternoon, there is barely chocolate in the bottom only, no caramel and no chocolate. And, I even paid for extra caramel and extra chocolate. Don't know if morning crew doesn't know how to make it or they don't follow directions. Frappe was weak. Not much taste at all. Eggs were burnt.

I seriously asked for ketchup and other condiments that actually goes with my order, but I did not get no sauce!! like I did not get the mild sauce that goes with a breakfast burritos or anything!! and the burritos are like flat, there's really nothing in it! I usually don't order from this McDonald's but somehow that's where this order went to there! So I would definitely go to my main one, the one beside Zaxby's! Is the best most times.

I ordered a hotcakes and sausage and a biscuit/gravy meal w/ orange juice. They didnt give me the sausage patty with the hotcakes, and the orange juice tasted like something other than orange juice—not even like Hi-C. It was watery. For $4+ for an upgrade I would HOPE I'd get actual orange juice. I guess this location can only get it right during the afternoon/evening hours.

Both items were not fresh at all nuggets were hard and dry and the crust of the buger was hard. This was a waste of my money

The burger was still pink on the inside. And I was greatly disappointed with receiving something like this that was very costly.
