man this mcdonalds does not hold up any time . I'm used to getting my order and it being wrong . this time my nuggets were so dry they had to be from the day before or under a heat lamp far too long. the only thing that was fresh was the frappe and the Dr pepper.

Yeah I ordered the Big Arch and I was really looking forward to it and I tried it and it was good but it was almost fully raw for the burgers I know this is the first time this had happened but come on, I was really looking forward to that burger.

I usually do not post if an item is missing but I need to since it's been happening A LOT from this particular location...We did not receive the French Fries that the receipt/order details clearly show were ordered as a separate item (not in a value meal) but we were charged for them.
* This is not the dasher's fault.

They always forget the sauce. Salty fries per usual. And I'm pretty sure I ordered a quarter pounder not a Big Mac lmao
