The bacon mcdouble was fresh, the fries were hot and the mcnuggets were crispy. as usual the Pine Lake McDonald's knocks it out of the park. they are consistently serving great, fresh food, my orders are always 100% correct and packed well for travel. the Pine Lake McDonald's is by far the best location around.

I usually don't have problems with McDonalds, but I was pretty annoyed the latte I spent $10 on wasn't filled. It's not hard to wait a few seconds to fill a cup with liquid all the way, and I've worked in fast food so I know this. 😐

Basket of fries were half filled, I had approx the equivalent of a medium fry. the nuggets were old and cold. some were visually hard that they had to be tossed

Two weeks in a row I had missing items in my door dash order. This order took a long time to receive and it was stale and cold with hard cheese on the sandwiches and rock hard fries. We were very dissatisfied.

hot and fresh when arrived. dont understand why even ask what sauces someone wants if they dont even put the right ones in the bag. ordered two ranch, a BBQ and tangy BBQ sauce for 20 nuggets. didnt get it. what I got was 5 ranch cups. this McDonald's (pine lake) always has better tasting more fresh food but the workers aways mess up simple little stuff like sauces napkins etc. whereas the other location (by Walmart) has not so fresh food sometimes too old but they dont mess up the simple stuff. it boils down to this, if you want fresh hot food go to McDonald's in pine lake. if you care more about special instructions and not so much about the food go to the one by Walmart
