Delivery was handled with care and fast, the signature sweet and sour sauce tasted a bit less sweet than I recalled (guessed the ingredients portion has changed, feeling like less apples were mixed in the sauce), overall satisfied

cons: the french fries were rubbery and the chicken sandwich was too thick and not tasty. Not sure if it was cooked properly.

Hi, I’m really disappointed with my order. Where is the rest of my fries? The box was barely half full. I also ordered two sauces - ranch and also two ketchups, but neither of them was included. And there wasn’t even a straw.
I paid for a complete order, not half of it. Please check this and make it right.
