For the first time ever my food was hot. However, the soda syrup must not be accurate because it tasted terrible. Usually my food comes cold and I live 5 minutes away. The one time my food came burnt and I called the manager and he said it was because "the oil needs changed but they didnt have time to do it this week." I would have given 1 star, but my food was actually hot this time.

I ordered 2 Steak, Egg & Cheese bagels with extra steak, sauce, cheese and grilled onions and got just very thin steak and smothered with cheese! I paid for all those extras for 2 sandwiches! I order breakfast from you a lot and am very disappointed.

bottom bun of my double quarter pounders was nothing but grease fries and nuggets tasted old and didn't get my sauces right this McDonald's always messes up on orders and are really slow for a fast food chain

QPs are never cooked anymore, chicken nuggets are a mushy sort of texture. Big macs are still solid for now.
