The most expensive breakfast item Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel came burnt, charred and hard as a rock. Could not be eaten. Should not have been served.

I ordered a large mocha frappe and received a medium sized. I have had multiple issues previously with them giving me me the incorrect number of donuts, just forgetting the frappe altogether, etc. not sure if they are short-staffed but it can be frustrating.

Black burnt bagel again. Paid extra $ to add axtra breakfast sauce.. once agin barely reviewed any. Happens every time we pay for tea but don't get it.

Burrito packaging looked like someone played catch with it. Flat and barely
any filling
also.
