Fries were extremely cold and old. I didn't get my Big Mac sauce cups I paid for! Cheeseburgers didn't have extra onion and were very bland

the Basket of Fries were cold and undercooked poorly. the Filet O Fish was horrible. like it's been sitting out for a long time. waste of money this time.

I dont know what's going on with this location but employees are putting the wrong items in bags and not completing orders. this the second time this week I was giving them another chance. first thebig breakfast with hotcakes they sent with no biscuit no eggs no condiments of any kind not even one syrup for the hotcakes and now I order a Carmel frappe and they send a regular iced coffee as if I didnt just pay for a frappe that cost significantly more.

this was the better restaurant of the two I usually get food from; overall? decent experience; I think they could keep the dasher waiting less time; it's a burger joint that is lauded; they should make burgers and fries to order; they send warm food out no matter the drama behind making it and sending the dasher with the food; the coke was the highlight of the meal; somewhat disappointing;
