The 5th Avenue Location is consistently one of the worst McDonalds in the Northwest area.
Quality of the food is lower.
Friendliness and professionalism of the staff is lower.
Wait times are always higher.
I live inbetween 3 locations, with 5th being the closest. I will drive further to get food from Fishinger or Henderson because it's better.
If Door Dash would allow me switch and order from alternate locations (like Uber Eats does) I would .
And this isn't meant to be a criticism of the people trying to work there today and do a good job. It's just systematically bad about this location across years.

This is the best meal I have had from a McD's in a long minute. Received everything I ordered, and everything was packed like they cared how it got here. Wonderful service. Great Dasher as well! :-)

My daughter's box of chicken nuggets looked like trash. It was empty and had nacho cheese in it. It honestly looked like someone had used it to dip stuff in and this was the trash left over.

The McNuggets came in crispy and fresh, and the hot mustard and sweet 'n sour sauces are both superb. Only issue is they gave me one packet of hot mustard when I asked for two.
