My order arrived hot. Everything was in a sealed package including the drink.

Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe Meal : It was good, the portion was a little smaller than in the photo and mine didn't have lettuce and tomato (the description says it has three slices of tomato and lettuce)
