Dasher Risel was Great! He followed my requests, and was very courteous. My order arrived with no missing items however our fish sandwiches were a bit overcooked like they were refried. Most of the tartar sauce was on the side of the box like it was an afterthought.

The Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles® was good, and they followed directions and took the cheese off! The Hash Browns tasted extra delicious and fresh today for some reason. I even had an extra Hash Brown and drink that I did not order. I will definitely be ordering from this location again.

Dasher Edgar was great, very curteous and professional! Most of the time when dashers give good service I give an extra tip. Today's order was not so good. My steak, egg, and cheese MC griddle was overcooked. The steak was hard with burned onions, the MC griddle was overcooked and chewy. My neighbor said her Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was overcooked as well. The frying oil is needs to be changed, it made the hash browns taste heavy and horrible. This is about the fourth or fifth time I've paid for butter, asked for other condiments and did not receive them. It's really embarrassing when you order food to share with a friend (s), and you don't get what you paid for. I just don't understand it.

I ordered a large Caram Frappéel and got a small. I also ordered extra caramel and barely got any. That's definitely not what I paid for. The night shift staff is no good they're very inconsistent.
