Didn't receive our Steak & Egg McMuffin®. We were charged $7.19 for it and didn't receive it!! The Minute Maid® Orange Juice was watery.

Multiple times now I don't receive all my items. Chocolate milks are missing, I don't receive ranch sauce and I'll order my McChicken® and receive hot and spicy sandwich instead. I'll order a burger plain but it comes with everything. Why give me the option to customize my order if it's not going to be followed.
