My dasher had to wait for over 15 minutes while my food was sitting there in the window. The employees were rude and refused to give him the food when it was ready. My ice cream is melted and my fries are nasty from sitting so long!

McDonald's needs to do a much better job verifying it's fulfillment of its orders. I always order two hash browns. Over the last three orders, one day I didn't receive any hash browns, another day I was charged for four, and today I only received one of two. They need to check off the receipt as they fill the bag and have a better system.

Missing fries from the happy meal and missing a Big Mac ! Super disappointed cause when we eat in it's such great service
