I was mostly satisfied with my order except that I was charged for my 10pc chicken nuggets when it was promoted as free with an order over $15. Of course, my French fries couldn’t maintain heat but I understand that.

They forgot both of my french fries medium large medium in large. I didn't get to taste anything because they forgot them. I don't know if they refresh or not either because they forgot them what I ordered again maybe but this is their first time forgetting something so I will show a little bit of grace. Please don't make this a habit I would like a refund, please.
