I love the cookie tote because it's such a good deal for the bakers dozen you get can't beat fresh hot gooey chocolate chip cookies!

Messed up order more times that getting it correct. Ordered ahead for a group of students 1 hr early and it was still late effecting student ability to eat on time . Didn't send a students meal or condiments that were paid for

Their ice cream machine was not working, so instead of the shake I ordered they sent us a slush. It tasted like medicine, it was horrible. The medium orange Fanta they sent was too acidic, their mix was off.
