The driver was chill, I liked him, he came quickly and was super friendly. I only ever have issues with the quality of mcdonalds food, especially the shakes I ordered, the cream on top is almost always runny and sometimes has other flavors mixed into the bottom. I don't understand the change since it's only ever been this bad since a couple months ago, whether it's a new hire or what- I don't know.

the important thing to understand is that McDonald's uses different patties for different sandwiches such as a double cheeseburger patty is different than the quarter pounder patties. they're thinner and drier just lower quality. so when I order a premium sandwich at premium prices and I get the wrong patties on my sandwich its sorta a stick in my spokes you know it's annoying to have to pay for something I didn't order or want.

Everytime I order door dash they never get the order right. They forgot my fries on this order. My last order which was $100 they forgot over half of the food!!!! Very poor customer care and service. They can do better.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and they put strawberry milkshake in the middle of it. It wasn't good. I would really like my money back.
