ordered medium caramel frappe with extra caramel. got medium mochafrappe with chocolate. double filet of fish, edges of fish was so hard it was inedible which left about a half dollar sized edible of a$7.19 sandwich.on the bright side the diet coke was excellent.

this particular McDonalds is absolutely the best! the Owner gives everyone the opportunity to learn to be a manager. This shows in the quality of the food. My Crispy Chicken Biscuit Meal and Sausage Gravy Biscuit were phenomenal. Treat your employees right and they treat the customer right. I highly recommend these food items, especially from this St. Ann store

The sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious. Just the right amount of gravy for the biscuits. Biscuits were not hard or soggy. French vanilla latte was hot.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ENTIRE ORDER!! Location – near DePaul 🏥
➖️Big Mac® – I did not receive the xtra salt, cheese or onions that I selected, and the almost 2-buck xtra meat patty was smaller than the already too-small patties that came with it.
➖️Strawberry Shake – I ordered 2 of these, but got 2 sodas instead.
➖️French Fries – I added a medium order to be eligible to receive the free item, but other than some napkins & cup holder, there was nothing else in the bag... not even straws for the unwanted sodas. Plus, they were cold & had no salt on them instead of xtra salt, so I couldn't even eat them.
All 'n all, I WILL be contacting Support bc I absolutely deserve a FULL REFUND for this COMPLETE WASTE OF 💵💵, and it also is a stark reminder of why I have really been steering clear of The Arches for yrs bc the quality of the food can't hold a🕯to how things were back in the 80s & early 90s... it has been on a downhill slope ever since 📉, so who knows when I'll be back, if ever.
