The chicken nuggets were soggy and tasted old. The rootbeer looked like sweet tea and had basically no syrup. A consistent issue with McDonald's in Springfield.

The Spicy Snack Wrap® were made with old chicken super tough to chew barely warm and darker colored than usual maybe it was burnt or old? Either way - these were awful. Not to mention a pickle??

The 20 piece I could tell it had sat in the drawer for awhile. The fries had sat along time too. They forgot a frappe. Normally there food is good with no complaints, but last night was not one of those nights

Ordered a double Big Mac without pickle received a regular Big Mac with pickle. Ordered a medium fry received with container that had barely a small size worth of fries in it. Not hard to get 2 items correct but they were unable to meet the task..
