They forgot all of our sauces, some which I paid for, no straws in the bag and the food was cold. They also just slopped a ton of ketchup and mustard all over the burgers and making the bread soggy.

Food took over an hour and 10 minutes to even be done before the dasher picked it up. Manager said they couldn't find the order.

We ordered the meal which is a combo with a drink and hashbrowns and it wasn't complete. For the price we paid for this, we expect to get the items we ordered.
