It's really 50/50 with mcdonald's, lately though more like 25/75. Ordered the big mac meal the other day and my burger was definitely undercooked, and I could tell when I bit into it. My fries were undercooked as well, drink was alright.

My big mac was honestly good but under cooked on the edge of the meat, as well was half of my fries.

It's 50/50 if you get the condiments you ask for, they never give me utensils, straws, or napkins. I ordered a medium coffee and received a small. I get mistakes happen but it's annoying when it's every single time lol
