Order was supposed to be ready at 6:22pm. Arrived at 6:42pm & nothing was even prepared. Had to wait 1/2hr for our order. Defeated the whole purpose of ordering online. And to add insult to injury they missed part of our order (didn't include the extras we had ordered & paid for). Usually don't have problems ordering here but will be reluctant to go back.

Normally when we order from here it's spot on. But this time they put BBQ sauce instead of chili sauce on my HSP. Yuck! (Yes, I double checked the order.)
