I made my own bowl and it was so yummy! The sauces are incredible. I loveeee the spicy green and avocado. I could eat this every day!

Not nearly enough gravey. Only a small sou cup. So very very dry. Way too many fries. No traditional aji green sauce.

So I'm only leaving this because I genuinely enjoy this place and hope maybe this review can help standardize the experience. The steak bowl I got today was a jaw workout for dayssss, while the other times I've gotten it have been amazing. Still flavorful as always but ya, driest steak I've had in a minute.
