I typically love Mexican Inn and the enchilada and tacos we got were excellent, as always. But the chips were, to my estimation, stale. Some were fine but several were hard and not chewable, had kind of a thicker texture that would not break down. I've eaten at Mexican Inn (in various locations) my entire life so I know their chips are typically good. We ordered a queso and extra chips, but are going to use store bought instead because almost of the chips we tried are not edible unfortunately so the extra chips were a waste of money. That said, the other food we received was delicious as always and I know any restaurant can have an off night. I think in the future we won't Dash Mexican Inn on a weeknight but instead on a busier weekend when the chips won't perhaps be left sitting for too long.

I love Mexican Inn but I paid for extra salsa and it came with no chips...none. Not even with the meal. The nachos did not have sour cream or pico, the things they normally have and there was enough lettuce to put on three nachos. Very disappointing. I ordered this for the chips!

Food is ALWAYS delicious and orders correct. Their steak Beef Fajitas are very tender and flavorful.
