I ate the Ceviche Peruano and honestly it is the best ceviche I ever had in the valley! Perfect portion, perfect side of sweet potato and that orange-colored spicy juice is amazing! Very impressed!

This places makes some of the BEST Paltas and Aguachiles! All of the workers are very friendly, and the owner is equally as nice. Will always recommend MidTown Ceviche!

The best ceviche in town. So sad they left Shary location but glad we can now doordash. Ive had ceviche from el ronco, mr. Culichis, la laguna, Sr.cruda, la costa, muelle 37 AND NONEEEEE compare to this!!
