Loaded fries are crack and their servings are huge - the half order is still pretty large (I usually top mine with a side of beans too) and I always have leftovers for a fun treat later - SO good! This place has knocked it out of the park every time I've had it.

Oh god. I fully planned to save half of this for the next day. That did not happen.
So good, the birria beef is so, so, good, the fries are great and a little red sauce to pour on as you feast will prevent the driest bites from being too dry.

If you want birria tacos, I highly recommend. If you want Ramen which I ordered today, skip it. The bowl was half birria juice and almost as much noodles with less meat than one taco.

I love cilantro with my birria quesadillas but at Mira Mesa they give me barely any when I ask for extra. Just disappointing and it changes the experience a lot for me while eating my food. I miss the bone marrow.

Only thing that taste good was the orange salsa, the tacos were Mid, burrito wasn't great. Wouldn't recommend
