I like this restaurant. I think the food is great. It's home style cooking. The price is right compared to other restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory etc.. The portions are exactly right for me because I do not want to overeat. It's one of the only places you can get a half roasted chicken and a turkey dinner not to mention chicken pot pie!!! The pot pie is delicious.
The only thing I wish they had our dinner rolls or some type of bread that is offered with the entrée.
Other than that, the food is great and the portions are perfect.

We ordered for the first time from Mimis and I was truly disappointed with the small portion sizes and poor quality for the price we paid. The turkey platters had an ice cream sized scoop of stuffing with a very small piece of turkey that was dried around the edges and for $25 for each meal, it was not at all what was pictured on the website or what I expected . The molten lava cakes were frozen solid.

Creme Brulee was served in platic container, didnt travel well, looked like mayo squirt in the container. Should not have available to go.
Apple Crisp Crumble was bigger than expected but the top was very soupy, do not suggest ordering.

Five Way Grilled Cheese not worth the cost of the meal. Sandwich was dried out and wrong soup was sent. Turkey Royale on Wheat was poorly made and not much filling. Disappointing. Value of food vs cost was poor. This was not up to the standard we've experienced at Mimi's in the past.
