Wow. I slept on this place and I've learned my lesson. Everything was great. The tenders are flavorful and actually real chicken, and the dipping sauce was good. The red beans and rice were comforting. The jambalaya was a little spicy and the corn was sweet and a great foil for the jambalaya. Probably the best food for the best quality in town.

I've had the gumbo before and it was really good. However, today it was very salty, unpleasantly so. It was nearly inedible due to the salt level!

Brings me back to my Louisiana roots! Delicious and definitely the most authentic Cajun food around!
