• 24-10-10We were on the road all day, exhausted and craved Thai food . Ming's through DoorDash in Glenwood Springs did not disappoint! Absolutely delicious Spicy Basil Chicken, Drunken Noodles were fabulous! Oh and the Pot Stick were excellent! Wish we lived closer!

• 22-03-21Everything that I ordered was awesome. A little costly. Well worth it though. The volcano shrimp was excellent. Spicy, sweet, a punch of garlic, and a hint of citrusy sweetness. Chicken Lo mein was very tasty as well. Very flavoful chicken. I ordered Pho as well. Haven't tried it yet but will vouche based on the deliciousness of my other 2 dishes. If you are in Glenwood Springs this is a wonderful dining option you should try.

• 26-04-29This was one of the worst meals I've had in a very long time. Absolute waste of $20+. Whatever sauce they put on here is NOT the Dan Dan Noodles sauce - it's some weird, tasteless brown sauce. Even if it was the right sauce, less than 25% of the noodles would even be covered by it!It looks like they put just enough toppings right on the top to look good, but the rest of it is awful. The restaurant has been going downhill for a while now, but I think this is the last straw. I would not order from here again.

• 24-03-14The food was AMAZING!! Order arrived well ahead of scheduled time. Everything was hot and DELICIOUS! I added notes to add an extra bowl for splitting soups and they went above and beyond by giving 4 bowls, 4 plates, all plastic ware and chopsticks. I was able to request what type and spice level of curry that I wanted.......sooooo good!! Highly recommend Mings!

• 25-09-17First time trying the Vegetable Spring Rolls, and I'd definitely order them again. Much larger than I expected, and the veggies inside were still crunchy. 10/10
