I ordered a bowl with white meat chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, and some extra toppings. It came with tortilla chips and a choice of red or green salsa (I chose green, which I liked). I also ordered a side of queso. The food was delivered quickly. It arrived fresh and hot. The portions were generous, and I really enjoyed all of the items.

Disappointed in the quality today. I had hard rice, very little protein, wilted lettuce, I didn't get red salsa and the chips tasted old. I couldn't finish my Bowl. It was weirdly cold too. Too much money to receive food like this.

I ordered a bowl and queso with chips and salsa and they only put a few chips in the bag and the ones that were in there were stale. I go to this store in person a lot and have never had this issue when im present. It was the middle of dinner rush too so im really confused as to how i got stale chips.

Terrible. Didn't include guacamole, barely any chips, wrapping of the burrito was just sloppy and the ingredients were everywhere . So disappointing
