This location needs to be shut down PERMANENTLY! The Customer Service at this location absolutely SUCKS! Stale buns tiny portions and management doesn't care. Do yourself a big favor and go to the one in the 24600 block of Euclid Ave MUCH better customer service there.

I usually love it but everything was overcooked and the fries were hard. Nuggets were too I was pretty disappointed.
