Getting past the poor packaging the food was ok. Need to pack soda outside of the warm food - this is delivery 101. The signature fries barely had seasoning but if applied heavier they would be really good. Burger had a good flavor overall but my patties were so misshapen it was hard to keep inside bun. Had potential to be 4 stars if better attention paid to packaging and sandwich preparation.

Fries weren't crinkle cut and small amount for the price. Burger wasn't even what I ordered. Missing bacon and cheese completed. Disappointed as a first time customer. Won't be ordering again.
