The burger and fries were decent, the bacon on the burger had a small bit of an inconsistency to it, the ends were crispy the way I like it, but the middle section was soft and nowhere near crispy. Cooked differently from the ends to the middle is a bit off to me. The burger itself was nice altogether, tasted like your average burger. You may want to have some ketchup or something you prefer on your burger since they don't put that in there. The fries aren't anything too special, reminds me of Cajun fries with the seasoning they put on it. The fries by themselves without the seasoning may as well just be frozen crinkle fries you can buy at walmart or pretty much any store with a frozen section. Overall, the burger and fries are pretty ordinary, nothing too special to it. If youre looking for a good burger, I would just go to a restaurant where it's cooked to the temperature you prefer, like medium rare, well done, etc. where they actually add stuff like tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, condiments, etc. with better fries. In terms of the price, not quite sure it's worth it. If the burger was bigger and gave more fries and a larger drink, then maybe.

The food was not good at all. The Beast Style Burger Combo was just 2 plain over cook meat with cheese on them. no lettuce tomato mayo or anything like it said. Just dry. And the Karl’s Grilled Cheese was a hamburger bun with cheese not even melted. and it was even a sandwich form. Just 2 buns separate thrown in the box. Just not satisfied

Presentation and fries was good. But I would not order here again. Their burger's nothing like the picture in reality it's more like a slider and it was an okay burger, not something i would prefer over other fastfood burger.

I got the Karl's Deluxe if I could give this place a ZERO, I would!!!!!!! There was absolutely NO type of sauce or Mayo on it, as it was suppose to come. It was very dry. the patty was so small it was the size of a sausage patty the small round ones. there was more bread than meat!!!the bottom of the bun was burnt. This looked nothing liked the picture. This was my first time eating here and it is DEFINITELY MY LAST!! My Signature Fries were cold and the box was all torn apart and falling apart. They didn't give me any kind of dipping sauce for the fries. I had

the burger was small and cold. I ordered the loaded fries and all I got was plain fries with a little seasoning. absolutely terrible quality
