The burgers in the quesadilla were incredibly over cooked, but everything else was fantastic. The seasoned beast style fries were the perfect level of spice.

I don't usually complain but this was particularly disappointing. Burger was super greasy, there were like 3/4 C of fries for more than $4, the cookies were also tiny and super pricey. Just too expensive for what we got.....

Beast Style Burger Combo was correct.
Ordered 4 Chandler Style burgers WITH lettuce, Mayo, and ketchup added. Was handed bag with 4 burgers with no add ons. Took back inside to have fixed and was handed back burgers that only had lettuce added. They did put ketchup packets in the bag, but we had two orders of Signature Fries. Not a problem, but definitely shook my confidence as these burgers are expensive and spending 70-80 dollars on an order, one would think everything would be correct or at least more than an incomplete fix when they're made aware of a small oversight. We are writing Mr Beast cause the new clam shell boxes mean LESS fries than the older style top loader boxes and we will include the rest of our experience. The staff is friendly and professional and the food is good, but check your order before you leave! If they have to fix something, check it again, cause it may still not be correct

Every item was made correctly as usual and it was fast service, but this time they oversalted the Pattie's. The burgers were extremely salty. Saltiest burger I've ever had from there. We ate them, but that was very unusual as our orders in the past were very good and seasoned correctly without too much salt. The chicken sandwich was ok. Not what you expect from a Nashville hot or even regular spicy chicken sandwich though.

The Karl's Deluxe burger had some sort of paper or wrapper that was cooked into it which was not very appea to bite into. The fries left something to be desired, and I would not get them again. The Beast Style burger was pleasant and thankfully none of the food felt heavy which was very much appreciated.
