The cookie cake was absolutely delicious and the customer service is great as the workers even called just to ask for specifics like what colour icing I wanted. 10/10.

First time ordering and honestly I'm not a fan! Sure I could call it a bread, but a pretzel? Absolutely not! The pretzel is too doughy, you do not get the traditional slight crust and for some very weird reason it is very oily , almost as if they put butter but immediately backfired, i wouldn't suggest paper wraps for this kind of bread, or a closed bag because the sealed moisture contributed to this sad outcome, I hope you take my review as an opportunity for change
