What a real burger should taste like...tender, juicy , seasoned to perfection. Fries were plentiful and were delivered hot.

For some reason, every time I doordash from mugshots, my food is always all over the place. The burger is usually all over the place and I get maybe 8-10 fries. The food is still good though. Fix your to go orders please!

Hubby's HAMBURGER STEAK, mashed potatoes/gravy and grilled veggies were delicious. Perfectly cooked. I had a burger and it was so good. Both got desserts...cookie a la mode and the bread puddin bites....awesome.
New to Starkville and this is the second time we've ordered and had a great experience both times.

Every time I go here, I order the McDowell ( originally McDonald) this time I have to say it was truly disappointing & I felt like I wasted my money. The fried pickled were overcooked, the burger was thrown together without hardly any condiments & the bun didn't taste sweet. I won't be ordering from Mugshots again for a while.

KATIES KICKIN CHICKEN was very good fried chicken, and it is definitely worth the extra $2-3 to add bacon and total to an order of fries. Very splendiforous and splendid and wonderful. It'll tickle yer innerds
