Diishes ranked best to worst: Sizzling Satay Sauce (Peanut Sauce) chicken, quite nice with a little heat to it. Special Fried Rice pretty good, lots of bits in it, good flavour. Steamed Dim Sim (4) were ok, standard. Seasonal Vegetable with Garlic Sauce very bland slimy sauce. Prawn Toast (4) what prawn? just tasted like fried bread with sesame seeds. Crispy Beef there was nothing crispy about this. It was a gelatinous mess stuck together in a blob of soggy batter and sauce. Awful texture, couldn't eat it. Battered items should have sauce packed separately! Not ordering again, substandard

The food was filling and tasty, the fried rice was the best I've ever had, the flavours were perfect and authentic, the only let down was the ginger and Shalit lobster tail, the flavours were amazing, but the lobster was battered and mushy, not what I thought it would be, I expected fresh made to order lobster that's not battered or soft and mushy, the seafood hotpot was outstanding, all in all a mostly positive experience*😋**

i specifically asked before they cooked if my nearly $100 order would feed 6 . i left my number and said to call if any worries before cooking. no call just a tiny little delivery (while yum did not feed us all... 2 ppl cooked extra for themselves) yum but terrible portion size for the money you pay
