These steak salads are the best in our area. Large portion. Tender steak. Eggs, onion, tomatoes and peppers. Topped with fries. It never disappoints

We both had the Bret's Special. It was REALLY REALLY GOOD! Everything was cooked well and seasoned perfectly. Even the green beans - not canned here! A coral-colored cream dipping sauce was included with our dinners that was delightful. More than enough leftovers for both of us for lunch tomorrow! What more could we ask for?!!

The hot turkey sandwich and mashed potatoes with gravy on the side, were very tasty, as was the coleslaw.
Generous servings as well. Enough for 2 meals for me.
Now, the cheesecake! Again, enough for, at least, 2 servings and delicious! Every creamy, lightly crusted, morsel was what every cheesecake wishes it could be, perfect.

The steak salad was very good!! The only thing I could say is that it needed more fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, and everything else was there as described, but not enough fries for all the food. I like fries in almost every bite, but that may just be me. I ordered an additional breadstick, not realizing it already came with one. Somehow, I missed that detail. But the breadstick was just okay, not very seasoned and not complimentary to the salad. I ordered a Steak Salad - Large and it was HUGE! Lots of steak...delicious! My husband ordered the Hot Roast Beef Sandwich and he said it was killer!
