The craftsmanship of these two sandwiches was great. The lox were fresh and the Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White was all around flavorful and well balanced.
The reason it isn't five stars is because the service could be better.

I love the Chorizo Avocado Sunrise! literally crave it all the time. I like it more than the farmhouse but thats just my personal preference. If you dont like too spicy O would get a different base bagel or the farmhouse instead. Wouldn't recommend the Iced Caramel Macchiato though, very expensive for watery coffee

The order was marked as ready, and I even received a notification that it was ready. However, when I went to pick it up, the coffee was still not prepared. Also, the mocha didn’t taste like a mocha at all. Overall, the order was late and disappointing. The floor was also dirty and not well-maintained.

Cheddar jalapeno bagel with chive shmear is incredible. I saw reviews about them not putting enough cream cheese / shmear and although when I opened the bagel it looked like it was lacking, i guess it's the perfect amount of shmear because it tastes delicious anyway.
I took off a star because their chai tea latte wasnt sent to me as a latte. It's just black tea and no steamed milk even though it says latte and steamed milk in the description so I ended up not drinking it as it's too strong with just tea.
Also the second time ordering, I think they forgot to toast the bagels because the cheese was hard and bagel was colder than the other day I ordered them toasted... But again, I would still order their bagels regardless because they are just that good however will be skipping the chai tea "latte"

Big Breakfast Burrito is always great...at least 70% of it. It almost always has one end of it that is hard and inedible, luckily it's pretty big.
