C1. Waterfall chicken is not actually waterfall chicken. It's decent, but nothing in comparison to the real thing. This had hot oil ladled over it, rather than a waterfall oil machine, and isn't close to as tender or crispy as the real version. There's a place in Huntington Beach that has the real thing, would suggest that instead. Probably wouldn't have as negative feedback if it simply wasn't advertised as something it's not.

The chicken was old and dry. The pork was dry and hard. The spring rolls were slimy. It was absolutely horrible and inedible.
