I was spoiled when I lived right down the road on Oak St. I almost forgot how incredible this reastaurant and the owner/staff are. Perfect attention to detail even for delivery orders. Really appreciated the Thai basil, mint, and fresh chili on a little micro-green bed that I could add to the dipping sauce to taste. There are some great Thai/Laotian places in town, and I'm a big fan of them as well, but Noodle Revolution is something special. Expensive, but worth every penny. You rock noodle lady!

The pan seared Dumplings were extremely burnt. I don't mind them being a ltitle extra toasty, but these were so bitter from being charred beyond recognition. I couldn't eat them. This is unacceptable considering how much this place charges for their dishes.
