It was packed soooo tight in the container that it was just one big, solid blob of food under a thick, rock hard layer of cheese. The eggplant was slimy and gross, probably because of how tightly packed it was. The taste of the spaghetti was ok but I just couldn't get past the other issues enough to enjoy it. The side of tofu was soggy and like a sponge, not any other tofu I've ever eaten. The breadsticks were ok but even half of them were a little soggy. Maybe their other dishes are better but I'm can't afford to buy food that will just be tossed. Eggplant ParmesanSide Tofu

Marinara was tasteless. Super disappointing. Fazoli's is sadly miles ahead of this stuff. Very overpriced. Save your money.

I ordered Spaghetti and meatball bowl but there were no meatballs in the order. The option to add protein is optional not required so I thought since I ordered spaghetti with meatballs it would automatically come with meatballs. Also the sauce from the pomodoro pasta was all spilled in the bag
