Watermelon Jade Basil with Cream Foam and Hokkaido Soba Milk Tea with silky boba were a hit!!! One hits the spot if you're looking for something refreshing (watermelon). "Got sugar free for both and would suggest adding ice + large size."

If you're pixking up - there's free parking in the parking structure.  It’s 1.5 hours free.  Parking structure 2 is the closest.

Then you can grab some gelato on the way out as well (depending if yourepin th mood for something creamier or sorbet-like, pistachio, earl grey lemongrass, mango, and guava were all a hit)

Lovely flavors and easy on the belly for the crème brûlée ! Clean packaging and flavorful. The large was great for dessert. Looking forward to my next order!

Passionfruit Osmanthus Silk Boba excellent , fresh, not cloyingly sweet. Wish it was a bit sweeter. Next time  75% would have been perfect. Will try other drinks. This Pkace is unique.2'woukd love tondsmome dooms if true array.

They have a really good wintermelon silk boba. But yesterday they didn't included it in my drinks even though I paid for it and it has happened multiple times. Other times the wintermelon tea drink is too sour/acidic and other times it tastes like sugar water. Sadly I have found it very inconsistent and can be a hit or miss.
