The beef in the Hickory Bourbon Style Tips - Steak was so tough it was unpalatable and there was only an example of rice; disappointing experience. I have ordered this before and the beef was tender, the vegetables fresh and crisp, with plenty of rice.

Horrible experience. DID NOT include 3 of my orders. Caesar salad with Salmon was so greasy it was inedible. This was a GROUP order with 11 items. NONE of the containers were labeled with the person's name (the whole point of a Group order), so I had to pull up the order and label the containers myself. The number to the restaurant rings to a RUBY TUESDAY recording and no one answers the phone. Very small portions. First and last time I will order.

I've had to call the Restaurant two times to make adjustments to my order before it came in both times the lady that answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful. I live in a hospital so this means all the world to me. Customer friendly makes my day compared to all the things I have to deal with in life. Thank you so much.

The Kabobs & Rice - Steak was decent. It would be even better if the rice and vegetables weren't too salty.
