Shrimp Pho - Pho To
ordered the Shrimp Pho - Pho To and it was really good. The Shrimp were cooked well - not overdone. The broth has a really good flavor. The portion size is big as a whole but I also ordered extra shrimp. The sprouts were fresh and had nice crunch profile.I would definitely order this again.
I also ordered the brisket pho the day before and it was amazing as well. The brisket was thin sliced and very tender. I would order that one again as well.

One of my favorite restaurants for Pho soup. Pho items are always cut fresh and broth is always hot and flavorful!!!

I was really hoping and wanting to love this place but I just didn’t.
The meat, specifically in the Rare Steak And Tendon Pho - Pho Tai Va Gan , was just way too chewy and was clearly a cheaper quality of meat. I would gladly pay more for better.
The best thing from our meal was the Spring Roll - Goi Cuon . It was fresh, bright, and delicious with the peanut sauce!! I would definitely come back for it.

The Spicy Beef Noodles - Bun Bo Hue are SOOOO DELICIOUS. The broth is flavorful and spicy. It's perfect
